Great first time at the Mezz. My wife and I enjoyed the seclusion, and the fact that we couldn’t see the audience members below (in case they were texting, I mean). Also, the food was surprisingly great. I don’t mean that I expected it to be bad, only that my burger held its own against other restaurants in the city. And the fries are better than most offerings elsewhere, in fact. In short, this is a winning concept. I love watching a show without wondering if the experience will be tarnished by inconsiderate guests. Keep the Mezz and we’ll keep coming.

It was really great as always, but you still need to fix the projector’s alignment with the IMAX screen. It’s either top heavy or bottom heavy. Meaning it looks either pushed down or pushed up on the screen (more black bars on top or bottom). If you fix that, then everything will be great.

Take this for what it's worth; Santikos Palladium is the only movie theater I go to. For me, it's more than just going and seeing a movie; It's equally about the atmosphere, the ambiance, and the environment. It's a place you can just go and hang out for 30mins to an hour before the movie starts and not be disappointed. You can make a day or evening of it because of the proximity to shopping, even if you're not spending money and just want to browse, then head to the theater for your show.
I am very glad Santikos Palladium has remained standing during these troubled times, and they remain my preferred movie theater now and in the foreseeable future.
