What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We rented a theater for $200. We had reclining seats and a place to ourselves. I wish we got a discount on food, but that is another story.

Adequate parking during weekday showings. Food choices. Lots of restrooms. Shallow, well lit steps to reach stadium seats. Reclining seats with room for guests to walk in front of seated guests. Variety of movies. Refills on some concession foods.

Although the AC wasn't cool enough for the amount of people, the service was excellent, the sound was unbeatable and the popcorn was delicious! I recommend the pizza, burgers, beer and nachos! The best! *No social distancing, but masks. *Enjoy!

Employees are friendly.
Food pick-up is easy and convenient.
The recliners are very comfortable.
This is our favorite Santikos theatre.
We like to stay through the credits and even though we were the only two left, we never felt rushed.

The Food. The AVX Experience! The AVX is the only Way I see my movies . The arc lining Seats are amazing and the Coca Cola freestyle machines!
Management is very helpful and if there is a problem they fix it right away I’ve noticed this with other Santikos theatres as well. I’ve tried Citybase Cinema but it’s too pricey like when you guys were showing the UFC 264 event I went to the palladium showing and citybase was a whole $13 more expensive .
Loved that you guys showed the UFC fights by the way. I wish you had better choices on the claw games where u when stuffed animals. The galaxy has these cool little Jurassic park dinosaurs. I’ve been trying to win the whole collection . Hehe
Anyway
I hate Rialto they do Not have refills on drinks their gods and drink items are over priced no reclining seats and just a miserable experience overall! In San Antonio Santikos Reighn and I think you guys kNOW this.
I hope you guys continue being who you are and enhancing the experience as the technology becomes available. I would really like to see D-Box in more theatres . Keep doing what you guys do and God bless

Your ticket employees were very friendly and the concession stand but on my way out I stopped at the concession stand to buy candy and a young lady was rude with me telling me you don’t accept cash due to covid there were no signs posted she wasn’t even wearing a mask
