How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Seriously, if you dont know by now how terrible your service is you will never get it. I had you come back and remove your equipment because of the terrible job you did. First, I worked 6 hours cleaning up after your guy left because all he did was extract water from carpet and leave fans. One fan he didn't turn on. There was water behind washer and dryer, water on a area rug and half inch of water in a L shape in corner of basement. I cleaned all the water up and the rug. I moved the fans around so the floor would dry in all corners. Your guy comes out the next day and I say one of the fans was not turned on. He says oh sorry let me turn it on. I say I already did it. I say how come you didn't clean the water that was still standing and the water behind the washer and dryer. He says oh sorry I didn't see it. Come on it was on a concrete floor anyone could see it. Your guy was nice but he did a terrible job so I called State Farm and complained and then called you to come and get your equipment. Your guy was there 3 hours I worked 6 hours. You should have not billed State Farm for more than $100, because that is all the job was worth. So I will give you a Zero and no I will not recommend you to anyone but I will tell everyone not to call you. Pat

I was very pleased with the sevice I receiced from servicemaster. I trusted the men who came into my home. They were very professional and informed me every step of the way what was going on during the process. They kept in touch with my insurance and would also let me kmow that. Excellent service. Thanks for all your work and courtesy during a really hard time.

I loved the fact they were timely and efficient. I loved that the owners and workers were willing to work with me. I could not have asked for a more kind, efficient, and trustworthy group of people to be in my home at all hours to solve my water issues on multiple occasions.

When I call I get an immediate response. Have used several other restoration companies and have never been satisfied with their service or response. I now call service Master by Fentz no matter how far away my job is for their service
