I appreciated the immediate response in addressing my situation. Fred was exceptional to work with. He was considerate and respectful of the stress I was dealing with after flooding in my basement. Fred explained what needed to be done and completed the extensive amount of work in a short period of time. I had requested he send photos of the work and end result which he kindly provided. It is rare these days to encounter such excellent service with a genuine concern for the customer. My sincere thanks.
