First of all - I told the two people at the front desk - " I don't text" nobody listened ( it was even printed on the R.O. ) - which is why I waited for this email - I have been in the "industry for 41 years - 20 as a dealer tech - SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING - Google maps is how i found "you" but what I look for is the shop / building / cleanliness as it shows you care ( from my all or nothing days ) IT WAS GREAT THAT MY CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED WITHOUT RUNNING MY CAR THRU THE THE SHOP WITH A LAUNDRY LIST OF YOU NEED THIS - YOU NEED THAT !

I always feel like I am catching up with old friends anytime I take my vehicle in for service.

I've said this many times before but it bears repeating. It's incredibly valuable to me to have Christian Brothers watching out for something they see that needs to be done on my 2008 Ford and they catch it before it gets too far along.
And they have never told me I needed anything done that didn't really need to be done.

The waiting area was conducive for working remote on my laptop, the snacks and drinks available were appreciated. Their report out of the work done (especially the photos) was high quality. Loved the little gift bag of chocolate!

I always receive great service and am impressed with the diagnostic abilities of the technicians. My car had an A/C issue that the dealership couldn’t identify with the machine but the Christian Brothers technician analyzed the problem and fixed it.

I was kept informed of each step needed to fix my car and kept informed as the process was ongoing. Thank you!

I had a part on my engine (flywheel) strip some cogs on it, which caused a lot of trouble. They had to completely remove the transmission in order to repair it. They did so, and now the vehicle runs like it did when it was newer. And, there are absolutely no leaks from anything after it was all put back together. They were wonderful. I don’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
