I appreciate the easy-to-read estimate and recommended services when I bring my car in for an oil change and inspection. At a glance, I can see which repairs, if any, need addressed immediately, and the estimates are all visible so I can easily decide what I can do based on my budget, and what I can potentially hold off on. The whole process is easy, quick, and the staff is always friendly and great to talk to!

Christian brothers do a great job on cars but the thing I like best is their customer service, it’s top-notch! Our specialist Nolan kept me informed the whole time and answered any questions I had promptly! They contacted my insurance and found out what was covered and took care of it for me!
Also, the drop off and pick up is very convenient and they worked around my schedule.

Samely satisfied with my experience with Christian Brothers Automotive! I was ready to schedule services with another automotive shop when I pulled into QT and saw the Christian Brothers sign and decided to give them a call. During my initial conversation with one of the technicians, it was clear that they were not just out to make a quick buck, but rather to ensure that I was given the best service and most accurate information about my cars needs and that, coupled with the fact that their pricing was comparable with other quotes I had received in addition to a coupon that would make my cost lower than their competition, I decided to schedule with Christian brothers. When I came in to pick up my vehicle I realized that the service I had received was different from the one that I had initially scheduled and was slightly concerned. When I addressed it with the technician they were very professional. They brought a few of the technicians included a manager out to discuss with me and explains that the reason that they changed the the type of oil change service was because of the type of vehicle and a mileage and although I believed that the service I had scheduled was the type of oil that I needed to explain why what they actually did was preferable and I left feeling as though I had been saved from a higher cost and a potentially damaging situation to my vehicle. I will definitely be back to Christian Brothers in the future for my car maintenance needs! Thank you Christian Brothers for being ethical and kind and fair!
