Excellent Customer Service. Beginning with front desk reception, I was greeted and given undivided attention as I explained the reason for my visit. I was offered a courtesy ride home after I was checked in. Shortly after I arrived home a technician called and explained every detail of my automotive inspection emphasizing the items that required immediate attention as well as mentioning items that could be addressed on another occasion. Lastly, I received a call that my vehicle was ready and offered a courtesy ride. Check out went well also and front reception was again very kind.

Comfort lobby to wait for the courtesy shuttle and and taken back back to home. I was allowed to all work to my vehicle. My cost of my work was reasonable.

Estimates & Communication, plus the shuttle service. Some others garages maybe cheaper for a particular repair, but the Christian additional services makes the costs worth it like the text messages and computer display pictures to confirm).

Christian Brothers Automotive really came through by being available to diagnose and repair my car immediately. The service was phenomenal! I was stuck out of town on business and other dealerships and repair shops were backlogged 4-5 days. I dropped my car off late Wednesday and it was repaired by early Thursday afternoon. A courtesy shuttle to my hotel and from my client to the shop to pick up my car made this one of the best repair experiences that I’ve had! No issues whatsoever in driving back from Tulsa to Chicago!
