I’ve always liked how quickly they address you when you arrive and how friendly you all are . Never feel like an interruption:) I like the shuttle service and drivers are polite and professional.
Your space is clean and inviting. Oh , and I love how you text with updates when you have my car . The only suggestion I could make is when you ask if there’s “anything else you’d like us inspect”. ? I said no because of finances . Whereas if you’d of said the “courtesy “ inspection, I would of said yes to a few things :)

Clear communication about the problem. When the truck wasn't quite right after we got back home with it Christian Brothers made it right my taking the truck back and got us back on the road very qucikly. They paid for the tow back to the shop warrantied the part that was bad and didn't charge any more money for the 2nd trip to the shop. Appreciative of them always taking care of our vehicles.
