I broke down in Crestwood one evening and I guess it was the luckiest breakdown ever because I found this place. To save on towing I limped the car to their lot. In my entire life I have never dealt with an auto service center as professional, honest, and thorough. After diagnosing my problem First name removed spent a very considerable amount of time on the phone with me to explain and more importantly prioritize the things my vehicle needed to fix my immediate problem, things I may have issues with soon, and things to consider down the road. Never made me feel pressured of things I declined. They even looked up part numbers for me for some body issues they admitted I should be able to easily put on cheaper myself. The work was competed the next day, and unbelievably they called to follow up to see how my vehicle was running. I say unbelievably, because I've never seen anyone provide service like this. As long as I live near Louisville I will drive the extra miles to bring every one of vehicles here from now on.
Saw me quickly, nice employees, wonderful waiting area, I really like the texting of the quote. Only thing missing is tap to pay for checkout. I hate bringing a card.

I went to get an inspection of my vehicle due to a coolant leak. I dropped it off at their earliest time in the morning. They were prompt in assiting me and answering any questions I had. About an hour and half later, I received the full inspection report. The vehicle was fully inspected, and the source of the leak was found, along with other issues. I was also sent an estimate of the recommended work to be done, as they said they would. The pricing is pretty much what I was expecting. The inspection was detailed with photos of the problem areas along with a description for each image. There were things I was aware that needed work. Christian Brothers found other things that I was not aware of. So, I am very much appreciative of the level of detail put into the inspection. Now I have a clear idea of what I need to prioritize going forward with having my vehicle worked on.
