I love that there is such a variety of classes each day, early and late. Makes it easy to get a class in anytime!

Being able to book a class 30 mins before it starts works very well with my hectic schedule. The teachers in studio have been amazing, with that said, being able to look at my profile and see what classes I’ve taken and who those instructors were has been a nice tool especially because I travel for work, I can see who’s class i enjoyed at Sherman Oaks, and who’s at Capital Hill ect. 30 mins live courses are well used also, when stuck in a hotel room in an area w/o CorePower it’s nice to be able to log in and do a session.

I like that I can find a studio wherever I go (mostly) and I can expect consistency at each location with some varying degree in class format, instructors and retail offerings.

Excellent instructor. I’ve been a CPY member for years and taken classes across the US. LA, particularly the Sherman Oaks, has consistently had excellent instructors. Great energy, clear instructions, great vibes, excellent playlist.

Please continue to invest in great instructors!

Keyana is my favorite CorePower instructor ever. Has great workouts, has variation, really pushes me to keep going, has perfect music and positivity, and the advice she shares in class always stick with me. Always a positive energy and experience, it really changes my entire mood when I go to CorePower Sherman Oaks.

I mostly take sculpt classes, so my suggestion and request would be that you don’t schedule the same teacher to teach the 9 AM and the noon class because if I’m not particularly fond of a teacher, I won’t go to class that day.

Some teachers use a spritzer that makes the room smell like a spa; maybe all teachers should use it? So nice!

On occasion, the studio runs out of 5 and 8lbs weights.

Overall, I love the high energy music and well put together sequences and all teachers are super lovely. Thank you! Namaste

Wonderful teachers keep the routines fresh and I always feel like I got just the workout and/or stretch I needed.

I always enjoy the studio and the instructors for an early morning session. The classes tend to be smaller at 6:00 am so space in the studio and parking is never an issue. I do have to point out the lack of cleanliness in the locker room, however. It doesn't seem that your clean-up crew does a very good job of general maintenance. Hair and crud are present in the sinks and the floor could be cleaner. If this was the end of the day after many members using the facilities, I could understand, but I am usually one of the first people there in the morning. Just making you aware of this as I thought you should know. I've already notified the front desk personnel, as well. Thanks!

Great teachers, good location, challenging and enjoyable classes.

I take classes with Emily, Rosie and Lydia. They are excellent, professional, inspiring and good at their jobs. The studio runs well, classes are on time, check in never has a wait. I like everything about CorePower Sherman Oaks.
