Great teachers, love this particular location, feels like home, always get the best work out and feel amazing when I leave.

I love everything about it. It is always extremely well organized from check-in to class. I take sculpt at 7 AM with Lydia and Emily and they are exceptional teachers. Super hard work out, they bring 100% every class no matter what. It's clean. I also moved from the west side, and I really love the diversity of the participants and the body positivity for all.

I love the variety of classes and the ability to take classes in any location. I have three studios near my house and visit locations all over the country when I travel. The quality of teachers has been mostly great. I would like to see more maintenance and upkeep in my neighborhood studio and consistency in the correct temperature in Hot Power Fusion (some teachers don’t like the heat and modify to their preference as opposed to the intention of the sequence). Overall, love CPY!

Laura V was my Instructor at Sherman Oaks. I would recommend her to everyone. Her classes are amazing. She is one of the best yoga sculpt teachers I’ve ever experienced. Her Exercises, music, and her overall presence is at it’s finest! I wish she would teach more classes. Especially at Studio City. She would be extremely valued at the Studio City location, where there is a high need. Laura V is extremely passionate and knowledgeable. She deserves a raise and promotion. At the very least, some recognition of her dedication and hard work.

As far as cleanliness, I wish Sherman oaks and Studio City was clean. There’s a big opportunity for the studio, shower and bathrooms to be CLEANER Studio City Cleanliness is WORST than Sherman Oaks. Bathrooms, Studios, Mirrors, etc…. need daily cleaning.

Additionally, Laura F, Nick M, Lydia, & Monica are exceptional yoga sculpt instructors! They are all excellent and Thorough with their classes. They should be highly recognized for their hard-work and commitment. I hope they teach more classes!

The management team has been amazing and very helpful with making everything so smooth and easy which sets up such a great vibe and energy for a yoga class. Lydia L is an incredible coordinator and I hope she stays on as a permanent coordinator. Chloe management and way she works with people is top notch. This is what every yoga studio should bring to people because it really makes all the difference. Thank you Sherman oaks team. I’m one very happy human to come back again and again. Cheers!

Sherman Oaks is my favorite CorePower Yoga location! The staff are always super friendly, knowledgeable and radiate positive energy. All of the instructors are amazing at teaching the art. I am always inspired and want to come back to practice yoga in Sherman Oaks. Thank you!

I like to be instructor

I am currently trying core power for the first time. Both classes I’ve attended were amazing! I did Yoga Sculpt this morning and to say I’m obsessed is an understatement. It was so fun and the burn was real. I loved dancing around with everyone in the class cheering each other on. It was an amazing way to start my morning.

I think it makes me feel better mentally and physically and is a great part of my day.

Teachers and classes are terrific.

Everyone is always so nice and normal at the sherman oaks studio. That studio has really chill and friendly vibes.

I like the music during class and the fun style of most of the teachers. It’s a good work out also!

Studio was gorgeous and the instructor was top-notch!

Instructors are phenomenal! Rooms are pretty clean - showers are a great option.
