This is my favorite CorePower (and Studio City) - I love love Nick W, Molly, Kallie, Ali G!! And the others are also great. But these 4 have something going on. I like the authenticity of how they communicate before, during and after class. And now that we have CorePower in Nashville, I wish all of them could come and do teachings for the other instructors to observe. I think it would improve on all levels. :) Thank you!! I took Molly's class and loved her expertise on not only the poses but also on the spiritual aspects and really loved her choice of music. I'm a professional musician and sometimes the wrong choice of music can really pull me out of my practice. So a perfect 100 for Molly !!

I've always loved corepower but recently I don't enjoy how they leave the doors open in the end of class and also turn on the phone it's a drastic change from the heat and I'm worried it will make my muscles tense up easier. I feel like one or the other would be fine, not both.

Super clean, friendly, lots of timing and location options, tough classes (altho I was hospitalized for heat exhaustion after a Sculpt class this weekend LOL

All of the instructors and employees are very welcoming and friendly and approachable. It feels great to be surrounded by a welcoming environment.

As a first timer, the hot power yoga class was fantastic! My friend Liza Iglesias brought me in to check out the class: I'm hooked. The instructor ( Oh, didn't catch her name- she checked me in and taught the class. Phenomenal!) Looking for a sister-school in Los Feliz. Any recommendations? Thanks again for a wonderful class. Still feeling the awesome effects!!
