Love everything about hot yoga practice. However, I will say the first room always gets way too packed and while I understand you don't want to limit the amount of people allowed to show up for practice, it takes away from everyone's positive energy when they don't have enough personal space.

The studio HPF was in was perfect as everyone had room to do their thing. The class itself is awesome. I always come out feeling like a new person.
