Really enjoyed my C2 hot yoga class. Locker rooms were really nice & clean, shampoo & conditioner were full. Classrooms were nice size and instructor was great and very helpful.
Love, Love, Love everything about it! It's my go to exercise for both my mind an my body. However, I have to say, I've been coming to Sherman Oaks since it opened, and the cleanliness is really declining. It was hard the other day to find weights that weren't covered in sweat, and that was BEFORE the class started! Also, it's been smelling pretty funky lately in the studios. Just thought you should know!

Sound bath
It was a friendly and inviting atmosphere. The instructor knew it was our first time trying Hot Yoga and she paid attention to how we were doing during the class. The front desk staff were phenomenal, too.
Everything about the studio is absolutely amazing! So clean, staff is friendly, and the workouts were fantastic. I loved how the staff makes it feel like a community and not intimidating at all.
