I love the different levels of classes! I’ve been with CPY for a little over a year now, and It is the most effective way to stay healthy, mentally and physically. The teachers/instructors are so incredible. Such a positive environment to practice in. I especially love HPF (hot power fusion). It is the perfect balance of difficult but relaxing.

Consistently well trained teachers. Great sequences. Dark rooms for less distraction better concentration!

The availability of classes is amazing and the Bkack Tag membership is a great deal for someone who wants to do yoga several times per week.

I loved the studio! The locker room was so bright and clean, and the actual studios were large and spacious making it nice to be able to spread out! I also like the decoration around the studio! Everything felt super new!

Always classes available. I like the heat with weights or hitt training

I like the HEAT in the hot classes.
