I LOVE the instructors and the classes. The instructors are so warm, encouraging and supportive. I love that they know our names, praise our progress and are super friendly. This is what keeps me coming back. The classes are the perfect amount of challenging and achievable.

Brittany W. was very intentional and energetic during the C1 I took! She did a great job of breaking down each position and movement. Only small feedback was that she kept getting her sides and steps (right/left or transition into X pose) mixed up more often than regular! But who can blame the day after a holiday! Also small snafu with getting checked in at beginning of class but everyone was super helpful, always a great time w CP staff and classes!

I truly enjoyed my whole week I'm being with power core yoga. My body never felt more vibrant and Alive as it did when doing your course. I would like to pursue moving forward with being part of your family.

The class was great. Our instructor (Marie?) was incredible. Very helpful, encouraging and made us feel very comfortable. We don't Yoga often so her positive, non-judgmental, inspirational attitude was everything we needed on a 7am class! Will definitely take her class again.

Everyone at the studio is extremely nice and helpful, and all the teachers I’ve had keep their routines fresh and challenging, so I never get bored.

I loved Libby’s class!! The intention she set really resonated with me and I felt really comfortable yet challenged with the moves.
