I am a huge fan and supporter of Core Power. I mostly value the quality people that are often instructors at Sherman Oaks and Studio City. It means a lot that many of them strive to remember who I am, connect, and who love what they are doing. Those instructors who are well qualified and/or trained and chosen really make all the difference in the world. :)

The instructors! They keep us coming back again and again! Especially Bridgette Anderson and Justine and Aliza.
The instructor did a great job! Entry points for all levels. She had great music at a good volume so that I could hear her the entire time. Class started and ended on time.
