hi! I took C1 with Courtney and it was delightful! I really enjoyed the way she broke down the elements of the vinyasa--I am a long time yoga practitioner and teacher myself and I got a lot out of the way cues. She didn't call me out when I modified a bit--she knows her stuff! Highly recommend! she has an adorable voice and a deep sincerity that comes through in her teaching. You will move the energy and cultivate wisdom here--thats what its all about!

What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

Corepower Yoga has become one of my favorite things about my day. I love that the Sherman Oaks studio has numerous classes throughout the day so I don't have to rearrange my whole day to find a class. The staff are so nice, and welcoming. The classes push me, but this is the only exercise where I've been able to see noticeable, consistent progress in my poses. Corepower Yoga made me fall in love with yoga in a way I never thought I would!
