I am currently on my "free week". My friend talked me into my first class, which was the sculpt class. Heather B was the instructor. I have never attended a class with that much positive energy. It was by far the best class I have been part of.

i like the welcome when I arrive, the positive vibe from the teachers, the permission to push yourself or make adjustments to the routines. I also like the shower facilities but, depending on the class, it can be a wait.
Fun and unique
The instructors are very knowledgeable, and can help with any questions that you may have. They are great at pushing you when you need it and are always upbeat, positive, and energetic. The classes allow each individual to modify for wherever they are at in their practice. When you are at Corepower, you can forget about all the pressures from daily life and truly be present in your yoga to renew your mind, body, and spirit.
I love the welcoming environment and the teachers. The facility is nice, too :)

I love it all. Love the variety of classes and cute clothing.
Classes are great and schedules cover well so you have many options for the classes you want to attend.
Unfortunately prices keep climbing and are becoming only attainable by the upper class :( Making yoga not for everyone.
