I participated in the hot yoga class with 2 different instructors, both were very calm, giving adequate timing for pose changes and instruction on how to obtain the best place for each individual. Location is clean and changing areas had all amenities needed.

There's a wonderful family feel to the studio, unlike a big gym.

Jared was my c1 teacher in Minnetonka MN yesterday. His "verb your body part" commands were on point. The class was taught with perfect technique. Beyond this, the art of the class added to the beauty of the yoga experience. His first playlist song was about breathing deeply, which fit perfectly with the onset of yogic breath. His last song sounded like angels, perfect for the spiritual introspection of savasana. He did two adjustments on me in class that I've never seen another teacher attempt, and it was only a c1 so he was going above and beyond. He smiled at us in the beginning and the end, where many other teachers rush in and rush out and are more worried about logistics than connecting. I could tell that Jared genuinely liked teaching and that made my day.

I thought the instructor was really good. I liked how I was pushed, yet there were still different options for moves if I couldn't do one.

I love the community feel at corepower. I continuously go to classes of instructors I like and they are so welcoming to everybody. There are always new ways to challenge yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Love the variety of classes offered! Such amazing people are apart of this movement.
