Excellent instructor and class

The instructor should demonstrate certain poses to communicate effectively and not just give a canned commentary for one hour.

Great classes and instructors- love the availability of class times and that masks are still required on some level. Also appreciate ample parking!

The only complaint I have is your call center in Colorado. I tried to book a class and the gal transferred me to a number that was not taking calls. Called back told her that and she transferred again I finally just went to the studio and was lucky there was room in the class.

The Minnetonka and Maple Grove studios have taken great pride in offering safe but challenging classes throughout the course of an unsettling last 13 months. Awesome instructors such as Lindy, Morgan, Bethany and studio manager Liz truly keep the energy positive yet push with the right amount of feisty!

The staff, the studios, and the experience are 10/10. I feel safe and comfortable and look forward to coming to my practice every week. Thank you CPY-Minnetonka for creating such an amazing environment.

I want to thank Wendy for leading me through a much needed internal and external yoga journey this morning. My mother passed last August and it’s been a very difficult internal grief struggle for me. Wendy opened up the class by asking us to visualize what brings us joy and I couldn’t really visualize anything except my kids. By the end of the class, Wendy had personally cheered me on in a balance pose and had left me feeling gratitude and spiritual renewal. Thank you so much, Wendy. Wish I could have been vulnerable to have expressed this all in person after class!
