The heat, community, and me time
I feel free and comfortable, and the routine is both reasonable and worth every minute. The instructor is truly wonderful. Because of a previous injury, there are some movements I just can’t do, but even so, I’m grateful and genuinely satisfied.
I have been part of the CPY community for over 8 years. I could not recommend them more. Their instructors keep you challenged while also giving you modifications as needed. There are also a vairiety of class options, various locations and numerous times to pick from. It's a really great community to be part of all while you get self care and feel stronger.
I love the Northeast CPY studio. I enjoy being welcomed by a hip, engaged, young community. Erin Jorich is the best-I always feel lucky and transformed by completing a class.

I've been going for more than 6 years, so obviously I love the experience, and that means 99 percent of the teachers are well-trained and terrific.
The instructors are consistently motivating and helpful. Their workout routines are engaging and easy to follow. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, which makes it fun to go to the studio. I am motivated to go to class given the variety of classes and the community feel at the Edina studio.
I love the Edina studio. It is clean & welcoming. The 5:45am sculpt classes are the best. Angel & Jennifer are amazing (M,W,F 5:45am).
