I found it very intense and I really liked it. However, I’m a bit concerned that the teacher doesn’t correct the students on how to properly perform the exercises. Especially for beginners, this could be risky and potentially lead to injuries.

corepower cary is the best studio i’ve practiced at since starting yoga! my favorite class is sculpt mainly because i like the mix of cardio, strength, and yoga practices. each instructor is so kind, uplifting, and holds you accountable to your intentions for that day and reminding us to be present. going to corepower has given a sense of power, and confidence that i didn’t even know i had. 10/10 recommend!
I loved the vibe at CorePower Yoga Newton! I went to a night class with my 18 year old daughter and it turned into the best little mom-daughter workout date. The energy in the room was upbeat and motivating, the music was nice and the instructor kept it fun while still giving us a serious sweat. It felt welcoming, empowering, and just the right mix of challenging and enjoyable. We left feeling strong, happy, and already talking about our next class. Very warm and welcoming studio!

Big fan of CorePower. However, there has been no heat in our studio (Mockingbird Dallas) for many weeks. This is unacceptable

The best Corepower studio!
Large, clean studio. Smaller women’s changing room and I only saw one shower. Parking can be tricking if you’re driving there. The teacher and the class was fantastic

My instructor was Katie. She was very nice and very encouraging the whole time. Definitely coming back again.
