I also enjoyed Raji’s class because it helped with meditation and patience! Dayna B’s class was just the right amount of explosive yet relaxing workouts that helped balance out my day! Core power in Oakpark is a great place to go where everyone is friendly and helpful. The instructors are knowledgeable and understanding of all levels of yoga.

The variety
With La Costa open, it's been more apparent the heat difference of the studios. I don't understand instructors opening doors and cooling the room down in Encinitas when the heat isn't uniform in the room anyway. It's frustrating to feel the cold air during class when I sign up for a hot sculpt class.
Lila CRUSHED it!! Playlist was 10/10, and I love a high intensity class! Will absolutely recommend to everyone.

The instructor, Mari, was phenomenal. Professional, energetic and so creative! I especially loved her music choices- the disco lines themed class was epic. She really made a packed studio feel so fun!
