I am right now SOOO happy about the CoreRestore class I just took on Tuesday at Encinitas. I am 100% committed to hitting that class and can’t wait to take Macy’s CoreRestore class on Sunday night!! A few other members and I were talking about how some of the older CoreRestore classes didn’t lean enough into Yin and this class definitely did!! I love the regular yoga and I love some of your other classes but a really serious yin style class is CRITICAL to staying healthy. I also feel like I got credit for my daily meditation at that class!! Yay and thank you!!

The classes are challenging but in a good way. You feel your body rising up to it and no matter how you feel before class, after class it’s very satisfying.

Every Instructor I’ve had has been great. I’m guy I so it felt really awkward at first, but all the instructors and the community, have made me feel great. Marika, the manager has welcomed me and even remembered my name since day one. I would 100% recommend this place to my friends and family.

Clean studio. VERY difficult to find the studio and get in. There is no way someone from another city would be able to find it. I went to 3 different people on either side of the “secret” door and no one could give me directions.
Even in my 20 years in the US Navy have I heard as much swearing in the music in each class. There is so much good music without swearing in it. I get I’m not your regular Brickell area customer but not sure why the instructors think this is appropriate.
There appears to be many new members that don’t realize they will most likely need several different sets of weights, and then they are walking around a sweaty, slippery floor in a crowded studio looks for what they need. It wasn’t safe at times. The instructors were energetic and challenging.
Love CPY though and wish you opened a studio in Sarasota Florida.

The leadership and management of the Core Power in Louisville makes all the difference. When the north Denver studios went under the corporate umbrella several of them LOST their personality. Thank GOD the Louisville one didn’t. The corporate plug n play domination of class structures and offerings along with your obnoxious teacher training and membership drives are off putting in the extreme. You’re lucky that the teachers and leaders of your Louisville studio can follow your requirements and still provide a community atmosphere. You would do better to out membership cost increases toward your managers and teachers over dumbass website upgrades and online crap classes. The studious up here were BETTER before you pushed them to be cookie cutter corporate box crap. Why don’t think other yoga studios opened up here? It’s obviously bc people here want individual personality variety classes and you killed at at Core Power. Bummer for you. Stupid of you. Bless the teachers you have. They are the reason people come.
