The facility is clean, the people are very nice, I never have to wait for machines, and I can go whenever is convenient for me.
However, I am disconcerted by the continual changes in personnel. Employee longevity/loyalty is an important indicator of a healthy business.

All the personnel is friendly and helpful and the gym trainers seem very knowledgeable. The classes are strong and rigorous but the teachers are welcoming and encouraging. I feel that the gym is encouraging good health. I think that a small bar with juice and shakes would be a nice addition--maybe even outdoor tables.
speaking of eating, a nutrition aspect to the gym would be wonderful. Maybe on the website a few recipes and menu suggestions.
