small class sizes
The studio is not intimidating. Easy to come take a new class and feel supported. Love the instructors. So easy to sign up .
Took the Barre Sculpt class last weekend and loved it, great instructor.
Mike is an outstanding instructor! I have taken both his Barre and Pilates classes. He keeps the pace rapid and offers varying levels of challenge to accommodate any needed modifications.
I just wish the prices were more reasonable.
Staff is very welcoming and organized. The studios are clean and well maintained. There are many classes offered at different times to meet members needs.

The barre sculpt class was amazing. Mike is very professional and funny at the same time. I loved all of the exercises and was glad to be "dancing" again. The facilities are nice and the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I also like the variety of classes offered. I WILL be back!

The class I took was amazing but the classes are so expensive that the number of friends I can recommend it to is limited based on affordability. The classes, teachers and facility was fantastic though!
