I have been unsatisfied with the email responses. Two different times I emailed to check on packages of mine that were going to expire that I was not able to use up because my back went out and as a result I needed back surgery.

Staff is friendly and professional. Coreworks also schedules a numer of classes not found elsewhere in this area.
I like the variety of classes and quality of instruction. I don't like the 24hr cancellation policy...12hr might be more reasonable.
