Small, personal services. Reformer classes are awesome!
the instructors, as well as the other people in the class really made learning the equipment easy. I like the flow of the class, the time goes by really quick.

Personally, I like that I found an exercise program that works for me! I have noticed such a difference in how much better my body feels. The instructors (Fran and Sara) who teach the mat classes I take are exceptional! I love all the variety they incorporate in each class and that they've made me feel comfortable as a beginner.
Private owned, met owner in an intro class - who was super nice and really loved what she teaches. Will be back!

great workout, love the stretching the exercises provide, instructors are concerned about my well being - with the ability to provide alternate exercises when I am unable to do something. Excellent program all around!
