Theoretical orientation ( mobility and strength vs aesthetics), assessment that leads to a highly personalized plan. Top notch form coaching and keeping clients grounded in mastering the basics before moving to the next task.
Les is very knowledgeable, attentive, thorough and motivational.
As a 65 year old male, who has considers himself athletic all his life, I am amazed at the progress I have made, the insights I have gained and the strengths and mobility I am developing.
It is not a huge facility. Less tension. Lifetime puts stress on teachers to sign people. They also have younger people who can go faster and that creates the tension of trying to keep up.
I like the variety of classes and Sarah was a great instructor!
The methodology behind your fitness training, and the expertise provided.
Excellent service and Great Staff
The best! Professional all the way!
Personal training representative is very attentive to my specific needs. Each session adds upon the last....it's been great!
Friendly, welcoming, no judgement, good knowledge of safe exercises
Quality of the classes and instruction. The wonderful instructors. The kindness and personable-ness of everyone at the studio.
Everyone there makes you feel very comfortable.
one hour(short) but challenging classes where I feel like I can dress casually (unlike some coed gyms where women knock themselves out to dress in expensive workout clothes)
It was a great experience. Liked the environment as well as the instructor but it would be nice to have more individual attention to correct mistakes.
The personal attention, the friendly atmosphere and instructors, the well-kept and inviting facility. Everything!
The focus of the classes and the quality of the instruction.
personal, comfortable, friendly, a lot of class variety
It was my first barre class but everyone was welcoming. Mike was really energetic and had a great sense of humor, which helped when the muscles started to burn!
Highly trained instructors , small classes , zen environment!
Personal attention, nice facility.
Clean, organized, beautiful studio with plenty of equipment and props
Knowledgeable master level instructors and teachers
Fun, new and exciting classes
I enjoyed using the reformer machine as it is close to the pilates that I love to do. Have only been once for the instruction session but can't wait to do other things. Fran was awesome in explaining the machine too.
So far I have found the schedule to be very convenient for a working mom. Yesterday was my first class and I thoroughly enjoyed the pacing and guidance given throughout. I found Everley (spelling may be incorrect) to be humorous and very responsive to questions I had.
Attention to goal and quality service.
Knowledgeable, personalized training. Current, well-maintained equipment. Affable staff.
Great teachers. Good atmosphere
Close location. Great times. Friendly staff
I recommend adding some more challenging instruction/higher level classes. I would (and have) refer anyone beginning in pilates. However, I would be a little apprehensive to refer experienced students because it is hard to find classes that are consistently challenging enough. I am concerned at my long term ability to further my practice based on current offerings.
My trainer was courteous and very attuned to my needs, making sure the exercises were done properly.
Great schedule...liked the morning hours that coordinated with me dropping my daughter off to school. Loved the Barre Sculpt class with Sara Raymond...her way of teaching is what I have enjoyed and kept me going back. I have tried Pure Barre, just to see the difference and it was not for me. I didn't care for the head phones they use, sometimes in a large class, it's hard to hear the instructor and with the head phones, I think it makes it worse. Plus, they seemed very pushy to join and sign up for membership. I felt pressured, never felt pressured at Coreworks. If I were not moving out of state, for sure, I would have signed up for yearly membership, I believe the studio and what it offers, was that worth it!
the staff is friendly and helpful; the facility is clean and the equipment is varied and functional.

Small class size, flexible times, good workout
