Coreworks is a very complete and up-to-date Pilates studio with wonderful staff. The exercise rooms are very large and everything is nice and clean! I have already told many of my friends about this studio.
More classes in the morning before work

Even tho it's a class setting would appreciate the instructors actually walking around and making sure we are doing the movements correctly. I received only one correction and it was my first class. I'm sure I was doing something else wrong
great workout, love the stretching the exercises provide, instructors are concerned about my well being - with the ability to provide alternate exercises when I am unable to do something. Excellent program all around!
