Clean and calm environment. The teacher was great and gave different options for exercise. It was very enjoyable. I am looking forward to trying a variety of classes that are offered. The new student package is a great deal and offers you a chance to try different things.

If there was a way to pay bi-weekly for the unlimited class membership that would be great. Most people get paid bi-weekly and paying $150 at onetime can be a challenge.
The class was very laid back and went at a comfortable pace.
The staff continues to impress me with their expert knowledge of body mechanics and employes tehniques and routines that will assist the class in their personal physical challenge. Each instructor gives incredible care to the students in the nearly-private sized classes.

I really liked the introduction to equipment class. Though I've taken reformer classes before, I learned more about the machine in that one class than I had ever known before.
