The facility is clean, everyone is very friendly and the classes are small so you can receive individualized coaching when needed.
I love the wide variety of classes and times offered. I have taken a variety of classes with a variety of instructors. Love them all!
I like the theme of the fitness class. It is unlike any group fitness regime I have taken in the past. Randall and Les do a very good job. The facility is very convenient to where I live and work. In the short time I have been doing this my posture has improved greatly and I can feel my body getting better.

The instructors are excellent.
The knowledgeable instructors. They help me exercise safely and learn how to do the work correctly. They are uplifting and I love that choices on how to challenge myself or go easy are always offered. I love that the equipment is cleaned every time it is used.
