Challenging yet doable
This was my first time talking a pilates class and it was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. From the young lady at the front desk to Megan instructor who was very patient, which definitely made for a pleasant experience.

The instructors are amazing and there's a class for every skill and comfort level. Everyone is so helpful and patient with new students. The classes are challenging but also provide accommodations for people who are still progressing. My flexibility, core strength, and fitness level has improved tremendously!!
The classes are amazing! Each instructor is highly motivated and create vigorous and different classes for each offering. I never get bored. My body is being transformed by each class. I noticed the difference after the first week. I love these classes.
