I love how inclusive the studio is, other studios feel intimidating or have mean girl dynamics, and I’ve always felt so welcome at Coreworks. The instructors are all great and I never feel judged for modifying or going into child’s pose if my body has had too much. The equipment is top of the line and I like the low lighting.
Coreworks offers fantastic classes in a supportive , friendly environment. The caring atmosphere makes Coreworks a special place to work on my fitness goals.

I like the friendly instructors and the variety of classes.
I would however like to request that not all entry level classes be offered at the same time (such as 4:30) each day. I think the progression classes could be a solution to this because then different levels could be addressed all within the same class and/or offer non-entry level classes some days at 4:30. There seem to be a new person or two in each class; this is great, but there are also many of us who are more experienced. I realize the instructors have a tricky job to differentiate the instruction to meet everyone's needs. In summary, I would like to see more of a challenge offered in those classes.

I like the welcoming community Coreworks provides. I also really appreciate the well-qualified and capable instructors who are very friendly, kind and giving.
I really liked Jolene and the studio and equipment were clean, tidy, and comfortable.
The teachers are amazing the studio is very clean and the variety of classes is great.
Class was phenomenal! For this to be my first time, the instructor was very easy to follow and her energy was perfect! Definitely returning :)
