I like the ease of scheduling and attending online classes since I’m not comfortable going into studios or gyms yet, the teachers/instructors from in- person days and virtual classes, and the YouTube channel has great videos. I already have suggested friends and colleagues check out virtual classes and the YouTube videos as well.

Enforcement of mask usage of all clients during exercise sessions in the facility, until directives from CDC, State and local Health Departments have sufficient scientific evidence to determine true safety of air transmission capabilities.
Consider written personalized exercise regimen focus to targeted areas observed to be most needed by clients and modified as determined by followup observation and feedback by clients.

I very much enjoyed our virtual session with Fran. I particularly appreciated her verbal instructions that accompanied the poses which helped to ensure I was performing them properly and feeling the stretch in the intended areas. I would both recommend and use her services again.

I have been a client of Coreworks since 2015. It has been an extremely rewarding experience. I have attended in-person mat classes, equipment classes, and now virtual mat classes. Although it has been an extremely challenging year, Coreworks classes allow for a beneficial mind and body escape. Their instructors are fantastic and very accommodating to all levels of ability. I would highly recommend.
It is a very clean facility that is well run. The classes are excellent with very caring and dedicated teachers. It is a wonderful environment to exercise in.
