It's unique and the instructors are awesome! I love the reformers, it's such a unique type of workout and the instructors always make me feel so comfortable since I'm still a newbie :)

I love how nice everyone is and welcoming! They make efforts to learn your name and actually pay attention to your movements so you get your best practice. Chris is a fantastic yoga instructor with such a genuine leading style and Doreen always leads you to you best (and safest) pilates practice. I will come back as much as life allows. 10/10!
There are fewer and fewer evening classes, especially virtual. I don’t have the ability to take classes during the day and I am not comfortable working out without mask when vaccination is not a requirement to be in an in-person class. I have been taking classes at Coreworks since 2006 and I am extremely sad that there is only one class per week that works with my schedule. I experienced reformer class before and the intro class was too easy. It would be a benefit if I had a chance to choose the class level.

I love the challenges my body and mind experience during each pilates reformer/type classs I take. The instructors are well trained, experienced, great listeners of our issues-and provide instant modifications, understand body mechanics well. I am never disappointed and live Coreworks.

I love Coreworks! There are a great variety of classes scheduled at different times of day. The instructors are really amazing, each and every one! They all work so hard to keep the sessions interesting and fun! I do the virtual subscription because I am not close to the studio, so its super easy to work out from home. I also love taking classes in the studio when time permits. I am so happy to have Coreworks!!
