Dependable. Arrive on time. Technicians wear shoe covers to avoid soiling the house and they do a thorough job.

Staff are always courteous, efficient and show up when expected. They offer but aren't pushy with up sells.... that is HUGE in my book. Nothing worse than letting someone in your home only for them to be pushy. I genuinely appreciate that. The carpets look great and the special ad pricing is reasonable.

Zerorez took care of a water problem at my church. During the heavy rains part of the church received water inside a room. Zerorez came right out to suck up the water which resulted in a dry carpet

Easy scheduling, good communication - the team called before arrival, discussed the process and outcomes before getting started, and was very efficient in completing the job. They were very thorough.

Cleaner arrived promptly and cleaned quickly and thoroughly. He even helped us save money by telling us to rip out the carpet padding of a cat urine stain to better remove the odor than using more of zerorez's products/ service. Very happy with the cleanliness of my carpets.

Technicians are trained to accomplish all kinds of challenges with carpet, tile, upholstery, rug and air duck cleaning. The Zerorez process, free of chemicals, is great at solving my cleaning needs.
