We could not be happier with Zerorez. They have cleaned our carpets multiple times and have always been great. The company has always been able to schedule our requests promptly and on more than one occassion, the same day we called. They were very understanding to the urgency after we had water get into our finished downstairs. The dispatchers, accounting and most of all the technicians are professional, polite, respectful of our home, work very hard to get "the job done" right and quickly. Joel was our last technician but we have also had the pleasure for Micah and Chris to help us out. They all are great. They go above and beyond. Their pricing is very fair and the results can't be beat. In addition, we are very glad they do not use any chemicals, detergents that would leave a residue in the carpet. The carpet smells clean, not soaked in products used on them. We plan to always use Zerorez in the future for any carpet cleaning. So glad we found them!!!

Seemed to do a good job with pet stains and overall cleaning. Stains did not reappear after the carpet dried.

Yout company does a very good job cleaning our carpets. we would never use anyone else. I bought the gallon of this product because i am going to give some of it to a friend and also my son. I cut my leg and I got blood on our bathroom carpet. Most of it has come off with the fluid. We are going to use it again ,but it has already faded. Thank you very much. Good work. Conscientious workers

I love the no residue. Otherwise, was fairly comparable to Stanley Steamer. Because of the no residue, I will use Zerorez again. A few spots did not come out, but by using the product the technician left, plus a lot of elbow grease, I got most of them out. The tech was great and really did a fantastic job.
