I used Zerorez when I lived in Minnesota. They were the best. When I was looking for a company to clean the carpets in my daughter new home, I was very happy to find Zerorez. Good quality work, friendly personal, and a fair price. Best of all NO residue left on the carpet.

First time when Steve and Joel came all spots disappeared completely! Was like a new carpet. Blew me away. Next time spots popped right back. This time I can see them faintly, so know they will return, but the carpeting looks clean and I know it is.

We have used Zerorez in the past and been very happy. This most recent visit the carpets looked fantastic, however we paid an addition $40 for one room to have pet enzyme treatment put down and before 1 week had past the pet smell was back. For me the extra $40 was not worth only 5 days of odor free.

John Phelps was awesome. On time, efficient, hardworking and above all kind and courteous. He did an amazing job on what was very dirty carpets soiled by years of use. He worked, reworked and reworked again stains and high traffic areas until they were clean; amazingly cleaner than I ever expected they could be. I will highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who will listen.
