My son Max is 5. And like any 5 year old he can only sit still for so long. After a handful of bad and emotionally traumatic haircuts (seriously) at a local barbershop (owned and operated by my brother, Max's uncle) we were referred to SportsClips by a friend who had used a coupon at this location. I'm not going to lie, I was dreading the experience. I figured there was no way Max would ever feel comfortable in a barber or salon chair again. And really no way anyone could fix the terrible cut he just got at the barbershop. But I was desperate. No one wants their kid to feel or look bad after a haircut. So we walked in to SportsClips and there was Holley... Max's HAIR ANGELl!!! I told her about Max's traumatic experiences and I didn't have to tell her about the bad haircut as she could clearly see it. She instantly made me, and most importantly, Max feel at ease. She turned his bad barbershop cut into perfection. You'd never know it had happened. Holley is the BEST!!! Since then Max only gets his hair cut by Holley at SportsClips. And SportsClips is the only place I don't have to hover over him. He feels safe with Holley and I feel secure enough to sit 10 feet away and watch a game or read the news. That speaks volumes!!! Holley has the magic touch! And I can't tell you what a great feeling it is to see my son beam with excitement when I tell him he's getting a haircut... "At SportsClips with Holley, right?", he says. I say yes and he jumps for joy. Let me tell you, it's also good to be a kid at SportsClips. Thank you Holley, El Segundo Staff and SportsClips! We LOVE you and always recommend you!!!

Clean atmosphere, stylists are friendly without being too overly cheesy. I love the MVP package, small things like the hot towel are so great. I've never really had a bad cut, Kelly was really cool and balanced the banter with actually giving me a great cut.

It was an overall amazing experience.

The MVP is awesome, only I wish it could last longer :) but I guess this is already too much to ask for.
