I no longer see my previous hair stylist, whom I had been using for the past 15+ years because of one of your stylists, Irene, in El Segundo, California. And it's a decision I'm glad to have made.

It is rare in the products and services world to come across someone like Irene, who is amazingly focused on exemplary customer service. She is professional, a fantastic stylist, has a wonderfully positive attitude and always put the satisfaction of the customer first. Aside from hair styling, the rest of these qualities are ones that cannot be taught; they are simply there and Irene has all these wonderful qualities and more.

I will continue coming to Sport Clips in El Segundo and even though I have a very busy schedule, will happily wait my turn for her because she is that good and those in charge need to know this.

The MVP cut is phenomenal. Face massage was so soothing and I got a great cut too!

While my last couple experiences weren't very good, I decided to give SportsClip another shot. The visiting stylist (from the Manhattan Beach store) did a much better job than my previous cuts.

Irene is an amazing asset to your business. She is the reason I keep coming back to this store.

My only suggestion would be that you have someone running the front and cleaning up for the stylists. It's always a longer wait due to the cleaning and always reception
