Although I didnt have the best experience the first time around, Santikos customer service is elite. Even after reimbursing me for my movie tickets and submitting a request to have my concession items refunded, Adam still reached out to make sure I recieved an explanation, Apology and that my issue was resolved. He also gifted me a mega combo which my family and I look forward to sharing soon. Thank you Santikos (:

Your newly remodeled SILVERADO Theater is so nice, my Grandaughter & I have enjoyed some bowling, and movies. The seats are really comfortable, the employees are really nice & friendly. I recommend if you haven’t been there lately give it a try. Love it, good job.

The theater was clean. It had a good atmosphere. Didnt like you only had one person up front which made the wait to order snacks too long. Also, that one person was helping out people in the arcade and other places in the theater.
Awesome experience. Bartender where we order our food and drinks was very friendly and informed us of all the specials for 4.99 This was the first time I have ever been to this theatre. Will definitely come back

Great job on the Silverado remodel. We are loving it! We absolutely loved the $5 Tuesday deal day. It allows us to go to the movies as a family at a decent price. We will be back next Tuesday!
