I love the theatre. Popcorn and food are always fresh, the atmosphere is perfect. The theatre is always clean, so I do enjoy my visit to see the movies.
Clean lobby and theaters, staff are super friendly and helpful. Seats are comfortable and having assigned seats is a real plus. They did a great job with rental and viewing for over 79 with special needs last October.

The staff is always courteous, the bathrooms are always clean, the snack options never disappoint.
The employees of Santikos and the atmosphere of the theatre. Most of all we don’t mind paying the prices of movie going with the John Santikos philanthropic efforts within the community.

Ease of selecting and purchasing tickets. Atmosphere, concession and lobby areas were neat and clean. Theater seating was clean. It would be nice if the automated ticketing machines saw more frequent attention, credit card readers didn’t always work correctly.

Everything was nice and cold temperature wise. Seats are comfortable. Drinks are self serv so that ok I don’t mind. However I do wish the large drink was actually LARGE the way it use to be bc my wife and love to share a drink like the old days and the cure large is more of a medium and doesn’t last nearly enough during the movie, which takes away from the experience. The large drink is already almost $9 so I think an actual larger cup would be better experience wise. The sound and visually it was great.

Theater seating was clean and entry to theater was quick.
However, Casa Blanca theater does not show up in the Santikos app so I had to use the Casa Blanca web site.
It was overall clean, everyone was nice and the movie was awesome!
Popcorn and drink was good but the machines were not working properly to get popcorn or butter. Employee said they were very short handed. Ran out of ice in machines too
I was able to pay for my tickets. Online was awesome. would have given them a 10. I will give them a 9, because their wasn’t anyone at the kiosk, to show me how to receive my tickets. But the Theater is clean clean. And I loved that you can refill your popcorn and refreshment!
