All was great as usual but don't like that you changed the water cups now. Paper cones? REALLY? Can't stand then up .... I shouldn't have to buy water.
The atmosphere and I come from small town that never shows the anime exclusive movies, I just wish their where more deals in snacks and food during military Mondays

The seating and viewing quality were great. My 4 kids had a terrific time. They enjoyed the refills on drinks and popcorn. The spaciousness of the theater seating was a big improvement over my experiences from the 70's and 80's.

My favorite is being able to make my popcorn the way I like it!! And choosing your own seats.
Everything. Never any complaints. My son was upset about the whole not screaming chicken jerky but I was grateful for it
The service was great. We request the theater 1-2 times weekly. We are noticing the chairs need to be replaced or serviced. At least 3 times this year. Our chairs do not recline. Plus they’re peeling bad and the material sticks to your skin. The bar is never open and we have to go get someone. It’s an inconvenience if we are rushed on time.
Other than that, the service at the snack bar is a bit faster.
The atmosphere and how extremely clean the whole theater was including inside the theater where I watched the movie. It was spotless and really enjoyed my time there along with the arcade area was fun and very clean too.
