A couple of kids working behind the concession counter are amazing especially one of the identical twins. He’s very courteous and friendly.
It's good to see that my feedback is taken seriously, although it was just an honest opinion/feedback. I understand that over time things tend to wear down, and was explained that it was on their radar to replace those seats that needed to be fixed. That's what makes Santikos a great theater to visit. And although it is slightly out of the way from other theaters we can visit. Santikos is usually our first choice to watch a movie.

Service was great. The Santikos ads that play before the movie are mixed way too loud compared to all the other ads. Everything else was great.

I enjoy the ease and location of the theaters. We attend Embassy or Palladium at least 2 times a month.

It is a very nice theater with comfortable seats. Super friendly staff and clean. My daughter wanted the How to train your Dragon Kids Pack - but it wasn’t available.
Wife thinks the previews are too loud.
I had a great time despite all there complaining because my 24 oz beer was ice cold.

It’s generally an excellent experience every time.
They brag pre-movie that they give a ton of money to charity and that tells me they could roll their prices down a bit… but it’s never once been a bad experience. I can only afford to go once a month, but it’s good every time.

The location has improved so much. The app works now. The rewards program is fantastic, and many of the projection issues have been solved. The refurbishing of much (but not all) of the seating is very welcome.
