Chris responded to my previous experience rather quickly. They are going to fix the issue with the chair and should this happen again, I was told to let an employee know and typically they can fix it quickly. My family enjoyed the movies and this theater is close to home and we normally have a great visit.

It was easy getting our tickets, food and watching the movie was nice as well. It was quiet during the movie.
The only negative was that my chair and the chair next to me didn't recline. Those were broken.

Phenomenal experience! Probably the best experience we’ve had at a Santikos and we’ve been going for years. Our experience is usually decent but this past visit the lady who assisted at the concessions went above and beyond. 10/10 customer service from her.

The theater near me and my girlfriend go to mostly all the time is Westlake Santikos we love that theater because customer service is great I like that you buy once a drink and popcorn and you get unlimited refills and with the rewards it does add up and it does pay off at the end.
