My carpet looks great!

The rug cleaning service was great - they product is great - however, for people our age to move all the furniture out and back into the rooms is too much. We really wanted a good job which we received but next time we have to have a service that moves the furniture. I am 77 and my husband is 83 - too old for moving. But the job was done well and we are pleased, thank you.

The technician left black marks on the light colored chair with his work gloves after cleaning it. When it dries they even showed u worse. I had to call and have him come back and do the work again. He was a little defensive rather than admitting to his unintentional mistake. It ended up being uncomfortable for both of us. In the end the work was done well but it took two times !

No chemicals.. did a great clean up!!
It did take alittle longer to dry than I expected!
But very happy with the final outcome !

Excellent product at a very reasonable cost. It took out some horrible stains, even some hair dye! It is by far the best method of carpet cleaning on the market in my opinion. Plus they have funny commercials!

Quick, excellent effort to get in and out of the house.

I was called a short time before they were to be here, to let me know they were on their way.

Sam arrived in a few minutes and got right down to business. All of the rooms I had requested to be cleaned plus the hall were done in a very timely manner and the carpeting looked fantastic when he was finished. I highly recommend Zerorez as the carpet is left slightly damp, but not wet like some companies leave them, plus they do not try to sell you a lot of other things in the process. Sam was really excellent.

Did a great job but the smell was the same when we walked in even though we requested the pet treatment I don’t know if that was because it was just drying or what?

I have been a customer for about 15 years. I first used Zerorez in Orange County, CA. I like the fact that soap is not used in the process. The last person to clean my carpeting but an excellent job. My only complaint is that it took 30 hours for the carpet to dry.

He did a great job cleaning but I was expecting him to be wearing personal protective equipment.
