Jeff is friendly and does not "talk-down" to a first-time home buyer like myself. The value of the service he provides is exceptional (the PDF will be tremendously helpful) and competitive (relative to other inspectors). I also appreciate the fact that he is willing to take further questions via email.

Very prompt. Very accommodating when it comes to appointment scheduling. Jeff was very patient and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the house and its condition to my 19 year old son (who is buying it) and in his recommendations.
