Ability to make appointment in a short time period. Jeff was available next day. Easy to read report that explained issues and included photos. Jeff was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed quite thorough in his inspection.

Invoice was submitted directly to military for payment rather than me having to pay upfront and then recover the cost. Thank you!
