I like that the same team cleans my house and that the house smells clean when I come home, instead of like chemicals and weird fragrances. The team does an exceptional job every time. I believe they get the house cleaner than I do even if I spend hours and hours longer. I believe that I will continue to use Merry Maids as long as I live in Florence.

My home was cleaned so well,if was almost like new. They did a great job despite my 17 years of clutter.The only little problem was they threw away my jet tube stopper.They probably didn't realize what it was.However it was a great experience!!

I like the staff - everyone I met has such a pleasant, positive attitude. I like that my house smells clean, not like chemicals. Hiring Merry Maids has made a huge difference for me - my husband and I know longer argue over cleaning the house (seriously!) and I can concentrate on schoolwork and studying without feeling guilty about not having time to clean the house by myself. The cleaning staff was friendly and professional. The team leader introduced herself and everyone on her team, and I like knowing that the same people will likely be the ones who come back. I think Mark is awesome - friendly and knowledgeable. I like that the cleaning products are safe and that my house smells clean, not like fake fragrances. The house was cleaner than it has been in a long, long time. Also, I like not having to sign a contract because it provides flexibility. During the school year, I might schedule more frequent cleanings than every other week.
