Everyhing was clean and fresh. I am particular about dusting- I hate feather dusting- I have old furniture and the dusting was superb. I have a cat and having baseboards done, walls wiped down. I am excited about having you back... I hope I can get the same ladies... I am scheduled for every two weeks!

I like that the specific parts of my house being cleaned are outlined, so I can both verify and keep track of what needs to be done in-between visits. If I haven't had a chance to "tidy up" before MM comes, I like that any clutter/mess is always neatly placed to the side or neatly piled so that I don't lose anything because they attempted to put it away. Always a good overall experience.

Efficient and thorough

I love how clean the staff gets all the corners and that it doesn't smell like a herd of cats and dogs live here when I open the door. I also love that it does not smell like chemicals. Most of all, I really like the staff, they are always so positive and nice.

I like that I have the same team each time, so they really know my house, and get it cleaner than I do. I also appreciate that the house smells clean, not like cleaners.

The products have a pleasant but not intrusive fragrance. There are so many products on the market with overwhelming fragrances that tend to trigger asthma symptoms. Neither of us has had a single coughing episode following our home cleaning.

I like the fact that the workweek are bonded. They bring their own supplies.

I like the products used and that my house smells clean when I come home, not fake flowers or chemical smells. I especially like the staff that cleans my home. They are friendly and professional.

But.... I am upset that the status of my housecleaning contract with Merry Maids was changed. When I began, I was assured that there would be two people minimum cleaning. For the past few months, only one person has been scheduled to clean. I have several issues with this change. First, no one from the business office let me know of the change. Second, I cannot believe one person can do as good a job as two people and it is unreasonable to expect her to do so. Third, I am paying the same rate for fewer service hours. Fourth, and this is really important to me, I do not believe this change is fair to the housekeepers. They work hard and are at a disadvantage if there is only one person. A single female employee could be injured or accused of theft. I trust this staff with my home, but I do not believe that everyone is as honest as I am and a single housekeeper has no one to back her up if accused of doing something wrong.

Everything looked and felt clean. Deadra was very pleasant and attentive to our desires. She's a very good listener and follows through very well.

Regarding the products, when we shop for various cleaning/washing/polishing products, we always make a point of buying products with no added scent. So, after Merry Maids left, we were very much aware for several days of all the strong additional fragrences in our home.

We like the service and plan to continue using your firm. Who knows, maybe we can adjust to the fragrences.
