It’s different every day.
I like Orange Theory because you get a complete full body workout that incorporates weights, cardio, and continuous body movement for 60 minutes. The workout is always different and covers all muscle groups. I also like that you work at your own pace and ability but are always motivated from the people around you.
I love the atmosphere, how the workouts change daily. The coaches are super helpful and all of the people I have met.
The variety and motivation to push yourself
Feels like personal coaching! The heart rate monitoring pushes me to get into the orange. It’s also a supportive friendly environment.
I love the structure of the workout. Showing up and knowing I do not have to think about what I need to do, but to just listen to the coaches and do what they say is really nice. I love the heart monitor, it really pushes me to work harder. The music is great! The coaches are amazing! They truly care about my success and will help me get to my goals. Probably the very best part about OTF is the COMMUNITY we are a family! We hold each other accountable and I have made some really great friends since I started going to Orange Theory. It is truly the best (and hardest) one hour workout I have ever done!
They are never the same
Instructors are incredible - especially Angie and sienna. They are always looking to correct form. The workouts are always different and never get boring or old. I love the stretching but I wish there was a little more.
It’s very challenging but doable, and you feel like you’ve had a great workout when you’re done!
The coaches are great and I've met new friends!
I like the variety of classes and exercises. The format works really well with my schedule. One of my favorite additions has been the Lyft classes. I've found free weights to be intimidating in the past, so these classes have helped me learn how to use weights, build muscle, burn fat and improve my overall fitness. Best part of all are the coaches and the staff.
The variety!
You never have to wonder around and wonder what to do like other gyms. There is a coach and the routine is set. Within the various stations and routine they provide flexible instructions for all levels.
The hour goes by and I can measure my progress on my app.
I really enjoy the energy and uplifting spirit the Coaches bring to the workout as well as the positive vibe all around the room. You go your own pace, you push yourself the way you want to push yourself. No judgement, just a fun community where there is no question that you'll walk away with a big smile on your sweaty face.
I love that I don't have to think about that I am doing. The workouts are great and the coaches are awesome.

Coaches and high energy
Everyone in the studio was so friendly and welcoming. It made me feel good right away. The workouts are challenging, but also can be modified to what you need at any time.

I love the variety. I love the coaches. I like the challenge of pushing myself to be better each workout and the environment creates that.
I love not having to think about what to do for my workouts and knowing that it will be a healthy, well-balanced, excellent workout. All I have to do is show up. The group environment is highly motivating. I love the ease of signing up and changing classes online. The coaches are incredible. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and not shy about correcting technique, which is so appreciated. I also like being able to take classes just about anywhere I travel and know it will be a familiar environment.
I like that it is different every time. I like that I don’t have to think about what I’m doing because I know the coach will have an awesome work out for me. I like that I can take it slower or harder depending on how I feel. I like the awesome coaches who motivate me to get through it. I feel like I have support for my workout goals. I like that it is a complete body workout. Even if I am dreading it going in, I am always glad I stuck with it by the end. It makes the rest of my day go better because I feel better.
I like that you don’t have to think of what you need to do. You just show up and listen. All the hard part is done for you.
What I like about OTF is that it's ever changing. My workouts are never the same. I don't have to worry about getting bored with the same routine. I come to OTF not knowing what challenge awaits and that's the best part. Yes, sometimes the challenges can be grueling. But the fact that I show up is what's important. I don't think there are many individuals who love every workout, every day. But the coaches are there to help push you and accomplish your goals.
Orange theory has a good mix of exercises to make sure you get a workout with every muscle group. AF orange theory specifically also has an awesome group of coaches that make the experience great!
